Key Responsibilities: Execution Build and manage advanced Klaviyo flows and automations tailored to customer journeys Develop sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies Set up and optimize A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance Ensure quality assurance and flawless campaign execution Monitor deliverability, troubleshoot issues, and maintain best-in-class sender reputation Strategy & Collaboration Partner with our internal teams (Growth, Paid Media, Creative) to align lifecycle marketing with broader campaign goals Serve as the strategic lead on email/SMS initiatives for assigned clients Recommend and execute lifecycle tactics to drive engagement, retention, and revenue Data & Optimization Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights Create monthly reporting with clear metrics, takeaways, and recommendations Spot trends across accounts and verticals to inform future strategies Coordinate with data analysts to refine segmentation and targeting Ideal Experience & Skills 5+ years in email and SMS marketing, preferably in DTC/eCommerce environments Expert-level Klaviyo skills (custom flows, integrations, advanced segmentation) Proficiency in SMS platforms (e.g., Attentive, Postscript) Experience with list hygiene, deliverability optimization, and authentication setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Strong working knowledge of A/B testing, lifecycle flows, and customer retention tactics Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple client accounts Bonus: HTML/CSS for email, Figma familiarity, and experience with Loyalty, Subscription, or Direct Mail platforms What Success Looks Like Seamless execution and optimization of client campaigns Strong strategic recommendations that show clear ROI Collaborative and proactive communication with our team and clients Ability to manage workload independently with minimal oversight Elevates the agency’s lifecycle marketing practice with innovation and best practices
