SBA 504 Loan Consultant Needed for Veteran-Led Housing Project
I’m looking for a knowledgeable SBA loan consultant to help me shape and guide the financing strategy for a veteran-focused housing project. I am a veteran and currently lead a real estate holding company. I’m in the early idea and planning stage of acquiring a 20+-unit residential property, with the goal of financing it using an SBA 504 loan. I’ve also formed a nonprofit, to help subsidize rent for veterans and first responders using donations and grants.
