Senior Sales Executive - Remote (NY/LA Based)

Founding Account Executive (Former Broker Profile) Location: Remote (Preference for NYC, SF, or LA-based candidates) Compensation: Base + Commission + Equity Compensation open to qualifications. Bid is place holder only. Reports to: CEO We are a venture-backed, AI-powered platform purpose-built for commercial real estate brokers. We help brokers close more deals, track engagement in real time, and monetize their market knowledge. We’ve raised nearly $1M in pre-seed funding and are rapidly onboarding early users. The Opportunity We’re looking for a founding sales hire—a former CRE broker or associate who wants to pivot into tech before their career is locked into the traditional track. This is a rare opportunity to join a startup at the ground floor, work directly with the founder, and shape the sales strategy, product roadmap, and revenue engine from day one. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from outbound to close, focused on CRE brokerage teams and producers Run demos, handle objections, and speak with authority as a former insider Partner with the CEO on strategic accounts, messaging, and go-to-market feedback Help define and build early sales infrastructure (CRM, pipeline tracking, outreach cadences) Influence product roadmap with real-world feedback from brokers Ideal Candidate 1–4 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage (investment sales or agency leasing) Strong network in NYC, SF, or LA, with ties to both CRE and the early- stage tech ecosystem Has closed deals and understands the tempo, psychology, and objections of CRE professionals Has a basic understanding of AI trends, or a demonstrated interest in tech innovation Looking to transition into tech before the brokerage path becomes too rigid Gritty, self-directed, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment Comfortable taking risks in exchange for real equity upside Why This Role? You’ll be first in the door, not just another number on a sales team Work side-by-side with a founder who built the product for brokers like you Get real equity and help shape how the CRE industry evolves Sell a product with strong early traction, AI differentiation, and real user value USA based only and if LA based, sit in the office with the founder.
