We’re hiring a Google Ads Specialist to build, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns for our clients — local private practices across the U.S. in niches like therapy, psychiatry, nutrition, and more. This is a part-time, project-based role with room to grow into a consistent monthly engagement. What You’ll Do: - Create and launch high-converting Google Ads campaigns (primarily Search and Performance Max) - Conduct local keyword research tailored to the services and specialties of each client (e.g., “trauma therapist in Denver” or “child psychiatrist in Austin”) - Write compelling ad copy aligned with ethical healthcare messaging - Set up proper conversion tracking (calls, form fills, website goals) using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and/or platform integrations - Monitor and optimize campaigns weekly for performance (CTR, CPC, Quality Score, conversions) - Report on results using simple metrics for non-technical clients and submit performance updates to our team Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience running Google Ads for local service businesses, preferably in healthcare or wellness industries - Deep understanding of HIPAA-conscious ad practices (no retargeting or sensitive condition targeting) - Knows how to stretch a small budget ($500–$1,500/month) and still drive results - Proficient with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4 Bonus: Experience integrating ads with landing page platforms (like Webflow, Squarespace, or WordPress) What Success Looks Like: - Ads are live within 10 days of assignment - Campaigns generate relevant, quality leads (calls and contact form submissions) consistently - Ad copy is professional, relevant, and aligned with the brand of each practice - Monthly performance is tracked, logged, and communicated clearly to our team We move fast, value clarity, and love partnering with kind, talented freelancers.
