I'm looking for a skilled CRM + automation specialist to help me connect my lead generation platforms (website forms, affiliate platforms, and social media) directly into Nova Echo CRM and ensure everything is flowing, tagging, and organizing smoothly. This is a simple, one-time setup gig – perfect for someone familiar with CRM systems who loves making things run like clockwork. Scope of Work: Connect all active lead sources (e.g., Logical Solutions, social media, website forms) into Nova Echo Set up lead tags, categories (buyer, seller, funding, etc.), and follow-up automation Ensure new leads are captured, routed correctly, and organized inside the CRM Test the flow to make sure everything works end-to-end Provide a quick walkthrough or Loom video so we can manage things after you're done Requirements: Experience with CRM platforms like Nova Echo, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc. Familiarity with lead tagging, pipeline setup, and automations Basic integration experience (Zapier, native integrations, or webhooks) Ability to work fast and communicate clearly
