Email Deliverability Expert Needed: SendGrid, Warmbox.ai & Campaign Optimization Project Overview: We're seeking an experienced Email Deliverability Consultant to address ongoing issues related to poor inbox placement and sender reputation across our SendGrid infrastructure. We also use Warmbox.ai for warming and health tracking, and are preparing for upcoming email marketing campaigns that require high deliverability from day one. Scope of Work: We need a consultant to: Conduct a thorough audit of our SendGrid configuration (including DNS records, IP reputation, domain authentication, etc.) Review our use of Warmbox.ai and recommend improvements Analyze current marketing email practices (list hygiene, content, cadence, volume) Identify root causes for any deliverability problems (spam traps, blocklists, engagement issues) Propose a remediation plan — this may involve refinement of our current setup or a complete revamp (new domains, dedicated IPs, new tools, etc.) Key Goals: Achieve high inbox placement for marketing and transactional emails Establish sustainable email health practices Prepare us for successful campaign launches in the coming weeks Initial Engagement: This job begins with a paid consultation to: Evaluate your fit for this role Scope out the technical and strategic requirements Provide an initial set of actionable recommendations If the consultation is successful, this may lead to a longer-term engagement. Ideal Experience: Deep knowledge of SendGrid, Warmbox.ai, and email infrastructure Proven track record improving deliverability Familiarity with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and inbox placement strategies Bonus: Experience with B2B campaigns, compliance, and SaaS marketing
