Hi, my name is Dr. Matt Jensen. I’m a pediatric dentist and founder of a nonprofit called Dental Outreach Relief Foundation. You can learn more about our mission at: https://dentaloutreachrelieffoundation.com. We provide free dental care to underserved communities in Africa and Mexico by organizing volunteer mission trips. Our goal is to recruit dentists, dental professionals, and compassionate volunteers to join us on these life-changing trips. Right now, most of our recruitment happens through word of mouth, but we recently started running Meta ads that lead to a landing page where people can either learn more or register: https://dentaloutreachrelieffoundation.com/uganda2025/ While we’re getting interest, we’re losing people in the process — the funnel goes cold after the first email. Here’s what we need help with: 1. Website Touch-Up & Finalization -The website has already been redesigned with a solid layout and color scheme. -However, some elements weren’t properly finished or implemented, and the messaging still needs clarity. -I’m not looking for a full rebuild—just someone to fix the broken parts, polish the user flow, and help us better communicate our mission and inspire action. 2. Funnel Review & Optimization -We need someone who can look at our Meta ad to landing page to registration process and help make it more effective. -The goal is to increase volunteer sign-ups by giving people the right information and emotional push to take action. -We’d also love help creating a simple ongoing email outreach system for follow-up with interested leads. Budget & Mindset: We’re a small nonprofit, so we can’t afford high agency fees—but I will absolutely pay for good, honest work. I’m looking for someone who understands our mission, sees the value in what we’re doing, and can offer an affordable, practical solution to help us grow. If it’s a great fit, there will definitely be long-term work available.
