App Developer for Healthcare Staffing Agency
We are seeking a talented and experienced mobile app developer to build an intuitive, efficient, and scalable mobile application specifically designed for our healthcare staffing agency. This app will serve as a centralized platform to enhance and streamline communication between healthcare professionals and our agency, simplifying the entire staffing process from job postings to placement and shift scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop a cross-platform mobile application (iOS and Android) tailored to the needs of healthcare staffing. Implement core features such as: Real-time job postings and notifications. Seamless job application and onboarding workflows. Shift scheduling and calendar management for healthcare professionals. In-app messaging and push notifications for improved communication. User account management, including profile creation, credential uploads, and availability tracking. Ensure secure handling of sensitive healthcare and personal data in compliance with HIPAA (or relevant data privacy regulations). Collaborate with our internal operations and HR teams to integrate backend systems and ensure smooth user experience. Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for performance and usability. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in developing mobile applications, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry. Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or similar. Strong grasp of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles to create intuitive and accessible app interfaces. Experience working with backend services, APIs, and third-party integrations (e.g., Firebase, Twilio, payment gateways). Knowledge of data security standards, especially those relevant to the healthcare domain. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with healthcare staffing workflows and compliance requirements. Experience integrating calendar systems, push notifications, or chat features.
