Full-Stack Developer Needed for AI-Enhanced Shipping Web App (React + Node.js)
We're building a PirateShip-style MVP: a shipping rate calculator and label generator using EasyPost and Stripe. The frontend is built in React with TailwindCSS, and the backend uses Node.js with Express. We’re looking for an experienced full-stack developer to help complete and enhance this MVP. The right candidate will also help us plan future AI integrations (e.g., AI-powered shipping optimizations or customer workflows). ________________________________________ Key Tasks: • Extend and clean up React frontend UI • Integrate and test EasyPost + Stripe APIs • Improve backend endpoints using Express • Optional: Help define and prototype simple AI features (OpenAI, etc.) ________________________________________ Skills Required: • React, TailwindCSS • Node.js, Express.js • Stripe & EasyPost API integration • REST API development • Git/version control ________________________________________ Nice to Have: • Experience with AI/ML or OpenAI APIs • Shipping or e-commerce platform experience • Figma or UI/UX design familiarity ________________________________________ Project Type: One-time project (2-4 weeks), with potential for ongoing work
