UX Content Strategist for Digital Compliance Toolkit (Nonprofit Sector)
We are seeking a user experience and content layout strategist to support the digital transformation of an HR compliance toolkit designed specifically for small to mid-sized mission-driven organizations. This toolkit provides legal compliance guidance, templates, and equity-centered HR strategies in a modular format. Our aim is to make HR compliance more accessible, mission-aligned, and people-centered for organizations without in-house HR staff. We are looking for a consultant who can: - Review our structured educational content (currently formatted in Word). - Recommend a user-centered content flow and structure for digital engagement. - Develop wireframes or layout strategy mockups that will guide eventual web development. - Propose platform options (e.g., Kajabi, WordPress, Notion) based on the content and user needs. - Offer insight into interactive features or downloadable elements that support a good user experience. - Provide guidance for creating a minimum viable product (MVP) to pilot with users. Note: This role is not for full-scale website or graphic design—those services will be handled by existing partners. We are specifically seeking a strategist with expertise in translating content into an intuitive and engaging user experience. What We're Looking For: - Experience with digital learning, toolkits, or product strategy (preferably, but not required, in the nonprofit or social impact sector). - Ability to develop clear, accessible wireframes and user flows. - Familiarity with Kajabi, Notion, or similar content delivery platforms. - Thoughtfulness in aligning digital experiences with equity, inclusion, and accessibility best practices. - Comfort working with partially defined projects and helping us clarify direction through collaboration.
