Integrate JobBoard Fire with Squarespace + Pebble List Domain for Outdoor Industry Job Board
We're looking for a web-savvy freelancer to help launch and seamlessly integrate our outdoor industry job board brand, Pebble List (www.pebblelist.org), using the JobBoard Fire platform. This project will involve both technical setup and branding alignment to ensure the user experience is smooth whether people visit Pebble List directly or find it via our main Squarespace website. We are an outdoor business alliance with a strong brand and growing employer network. This project is part of our strategy to support workforce development across New Hampshire’s outdoor economy. We have a small but active team ready to get the job board up and running before June 10, or at least a version of it, as we have an event with the Governor. Scope of Work: Set up JobBoard Fire account under PebbleList.org domain Configure DNS settings (or help us do so) so the board lives at www.pebblelist.org Style the JobBoard Fire front-end to match Pebble List’s outdoor/stone/granite branding (colors, logo, typography) Embed or cleanly link JobBoard Fire into our main Squarespace site (either via navigation or iframe-style embed) Optimize layout for mobile and desktop Provide light documentation or walkthrough for future updates Optional Add-ons (if qualified) Assist with job post templates or styling submission forms Create light Squarespace tweaks (header/footer/menu integration) Advise on analytics tracking or SEO tags Ideal Candidate Experience with JobBoard Fire, SmartJobBoard, or similar hosted platforms Familiar with Squarespace and custom domain management Good eye for clean, brand-consistent web design Strong communicator with ability to suggest best practices Bonus if you’re familiar with outdoor brands or mission-driven nonprofits Deliverables: Functional, live job board on PebbleList.org Clean integration with our Squarespace site Branding adjustments for cohesive visual identity Basic documentation and orientation To apply, please include: Examples of similar projects Quick notes on your experience with Squarespace or job board platforms Estimated hours or flat-rate bid
