No-Code MVP Developer for Hotel Asset Management Dashboard (Bubble.io Preferred)
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced No-Code Developer with expertise in Bubble.io, Adalo, or similar platforms to build a scalable Hotel Asset Management Dashboard. While experience with hotel asset management is a plus, we are open to developers with strong dashboard-building experience in other industries. The ideal candidate will be proficient in interactive data visualization, real-time reporting, and API integrations. Project Scope: The MVP will serve as a foundational tool for real-time asset management, designed to evolve with new features and integrations over time. Key functionalities include: -Interactive Dashboard Views: STR analysis, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and financial performance tracking. -Data Integrations: PMS systems, Google Sheets, and Excel for live updates. -User Access Control: Role-based access for different team members and stakeholders. -Automated Reporting: Scheduled reports with export options (PDF, Excel). -Visual Analytics: Charts, tables, and heatmaps for easy interpretation of key metrics. Scalability: Built with future integrations and updates in mind. Required Skills: -Proven experience with Bubble.io, Adalo, or Glide. -Expertise in API Integrations (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel Syncing). -Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for interactive dashboards. -Experience with data visualization (charts, graphs, KPIs). -Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: -Experience building real-time asset management dashboards. -Familiarity with hotel asset management, real estate analytics, or property management platforms is a plus but not required. -Understanding of financial metrics (e.g., Revenue, Occupancy, ADR). -Familiarity with PMS systems like Opera, Cloudbeds, or RoomKeyPMS is a bonus. -Prior work with no-code scalability and multi-user environments. Deliverables: -Fully functional MVP of the Hotel Asset Management Dashboard. -Integration with PMS, Google Sheets, and STR Data. -Interactive visuals for key metrics and real-time updates. -Clear documentation for scalability and feature expansion. -Weekly updates with demo presentations. Budget & Timeline: -Budget: Open to discussion based on experience and milestones. -Timeline: 4-6 weeks for MVP; potential for ongoing work based on project success. -Payment: Milestone-based with defined deliverables.
