CRO Consultant – Life Insurance Lead Generation
Job Title: CRO Consultant – Life Insurance Lead Generation Description: We’re a national life insurance provider seeking a seasoned CRO expert to consult on and improve our lead generation funnels, ad messaging, and landing page performance. This role also involves helping us repackage and present sensitive offers, such as debt solutions, in a way that complies with Google’s advertising policies. We offer a wide range of solution-based financial products, including: • Term Life Insurance • Permanent Life Insurance • Final Expense (Whole Life) • Tax-Free Retirement Solutions (Indexed Universal Life) • Annuities • Mortgage Protection • Infinite Banking • Debt Free Life (a whole life product paired with debt elimination strategies) We're looking for a strategic partner who can help us: • Increase lead conversions • Lower customer acquisition costs • Navigate compliance challenges across ad platforms Responsibilities: • Audit and optimize ads, landing pages, lead forms, and funnel flows • Recommend CRO best practices (layout, copy, CTAs, UX) • Advise on ad messaging strategies for Google, Meta, TikTok, and others • Help reframe and reposition products that trigger ad restrictions (especially debt-related) • Provide suggestions for A/B tests and CRO tools • Deliver copy edits, wireframes, or light design mockups as needed What We're Looking For: • Proven CRO experience (preferably in financial or regulated markets) • Solid understanding of Google Ads and Meta policy—especially for finance, insurance, or debt-related products • Experience optimizing lead funnels from ad click to form submission • Strong mobile-first UX and conversion strategy knowledge • Comfort working across major ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) To Apply, Please Submit: • A short intro about your experience and CRO approach • Your Upwork profile or resume • A portfolio with relevant CRO projects (before/after or performance metrics) • Your preferred pricing (hourly or fixed) This is a consulting role with the potential for ongoing work if it’s a great fit.
