This white paper will serve as a cornerstone marketing asset for prospective franchisees—designed to inform, persuade, and position Waterloo Turf as a top-tier investment opportunity in the outdoor living space. Project Scope: We will provide key source materials, such as brand guidelines, service info, franchise financials, internal decks, and marketing assets. Your job will be to: Structure and outline the white paper for clarity and engagement Write benefit-driven copy for a B2B investor audience Incorporate data, statistics, quotes, and visual suggestions Help with a professional tone that reflects our fun but polished brand voice Collaborate with our internal team for feedback and revisions Ideal Candidate: Strong understanding of tone for both aspirational and analytical audiences Ability to conduct light research and ask smart questions Experience writing franchise, B2B investment, and home services white papers is a plus!
