I'm seeking a skilled designer and communicator to help turn a detailed, technical life insurance annual review into a clean, easy-to-read 3-page summary report for clients. The goal is to transform dense financial & insurance data into a visually appealing document that clients can quickly scan and understand — even without a financial background. The content includes policy values, projections, and definitions that need to be visually organized with a clear hierarchy, minimal jargon, and an eye-catching but professional layout. Project Scope One-time project: 3-page client-facing PDF report Provided: Raw content (spreadsheets, sample reports, or Word docs) Deliverables: Final Microsoft Word Document with mail merge fields Editable source file (InDesign, Canva, PowerPoint, etc.) Deadline: within 14 days of project hire date deal Skills Graphic design (InDesign, Canva Pro, PowerPoint, or equivalent) Experience simplifying technical or financial language Strong sense of layout, readability, and visual flow Experience with insurance, financial, or healthcare documents a big plus Copywriting or editing skills to refine client-facing language
