Yotpo SMS Expert Needed for Audit, Optimization & Campaign Strategy
Seeking a highly skilled Yotpo SMS expert to help us take our SMS marketing to the next level. We’re looking for someone who can audit our current SMS setup, optimize existing flows, build new high-converting flows, and strategize upcoming promotional campaigns. Our brand serves law enforcement, military, and tactical customers, so familiarity with performance-driven, conversion-focused eCommerce is a major plus. What We Need: A full audit of our current Yotpo SMS (SMSBump) flows and performance Optimization of existing automations (abandoned cart, browse abandonment, welcome, etc.) Creation of new flows based on customer behavior and lifecycle stages Strategic planning and copy suggestions for upcoming campaigns Guidance on compliance (TCPA, opt-ins, etc.) Recommendations for segmentation and A/B testing Ongoing consultation as needed Requirements: Proven experience with Yotpo SMS (formerly SMSBump) Strong understanding of eCommerce SMS marketing best practices Ability to work with Shopify and Klaviyo integrations Strong communication and clear reporting Bonus: Experience working with tactical, outdoor, or high-ticket brands To Apply: Please share examples of SMS flows or campaigns you've built, briefly explain your approach to auditing flows, and tell us how you'd prioritize your first 2 weeks if hired.
