What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We’re looking for a digital advertising freelancer to help manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms for multiple clients. This is a contract role for approximately 5 months, starting in June, with an estimated 20 hours per week. Key Responsibilities -Campaign Management: Plan, create, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads. -Budget Management: Track and manage advertising budgets across clients and campaigns. -Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. -Optimization: Maximize the RoAS of the campaigns -Audience Segmentation: Build effective audience strategies to deliver relevant, impactful ads. -Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and refine bidding strategies for paid search campaigns. -Reporting: Prepare clear reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations. -Collaboration: Work closely with internal account managers to align on goals and deliverables. -Project Management: Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once, including occasional urgent requests. Requirements -Freelance/contract role for ~5 months -Approx. 20 hours per week -At least 4 hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone -Proven managing campaigns across Google (including Performance Max), Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads platforms -Strong communication and reporting skills -Willingness to collaborate via Zoom, Teams, Slack Most campaigns are planned in advance, with occasional time-sensitive requests. We would expect 4 hours of the 20 hours a week would need to be “same day turnaround” of the requests.
