Website Optimization & Digital Engagement Specialist for Woman-focused Cancer Nonprofit
The Chemo Divas Foundation is seeking a skilled and reliable website optimization expert to support us in enhancing the functionality, accessibility, and engagement of our nonprofit website on wix. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burden of cancer by empowering women with the knowledge and tools to make confident decisions about their future. We're looking for someone who can help us make our digital presence more effective, intuitive, and supportive for our community. Scope of Work: The ideal freelancer will help with the following tasks: Resource Listing Updates: Help us organize/design the landing pages for our cancer-related financial and educational resources on our Wix website. Survey Integration: Create and embed engaging, user-friendly surveys or feedback forms to gather insights from our visitors. AI Chatbot & Auto Response Setup: Integrate a conversational chatbot or automated response system to guide users to relevant information and assistance. SEO Optimization: Review and enhance our site for organic search performance (on-page SEO, metadata, keywords, image alt tags, etc.). Analytics & Tracking: Set up or optimize tools like Google Analytics to monitor site traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics. Deliverables: Functional survey embedded and tested Updated and categorized resource library AI chatbot/live chat installed with basic conversation flows Improved SEO performance (measured by rankings or traffic over time) Analytics dashboard/report showing visitor behavior insights Who You Are: Experienced in nonprofit or mission-driven website work (preferred but not required) Skilled in Wix Knowledgeable in SEO best practices and analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console) Detail-oriented, communicative, and self-motivated Working Style & Relationship: We are a small, purpose-driven team. We value clear communication, collaboration, and meeting deadlines. You’ll work closely with the founder, and we’re open to ongoing or project-based support depending on your strengths and availability.
