Children's book illustrator needed to design and complete graphic novel

I have a draft of a children's book for ages 8 - 12 year olds. I would like it designed in a graphic novel way. I have a previous book to use similar characters about budgeting and this one is about debt and credit cards. I need someone to create a cover and all interior pages and back that can be uploaded to Amazon for direct publishing.
