Haus Haus Design is a multidisciplinary creative studio found at the intersection of branding, product, and fashion design. We collaborate with culture-forward brands across fashion, hospitality, and lifestyle to bring forth stories with depth and clarity. Our work is rooted in process and innovation—design for humans, by humans. We are seeking an Apparel graphics designer with strong illustration skills to support our team on ongoing capsule collections and brand collaborations. The ideal candidate is someone with a deep appreciation for visual storytelling, an eye for art direction, and the ability to seamlessly translate brand identity into compelling, production-ready artwork. This role will primarily be for Apparel design so candidates must have knowledge of apparel graphics, commercial production techniques and art application across multiple product categories. We value collaborators who are curious, creatively agile, and grounded in both technical craft and cultural awareness. The ideal portfolio should reflect experience in Lifestyle apparel, streetwear, elevated merch design or brand collaborations —and demonstrate a range of styles from refined to expressive, from technical to editorial. Roles and Responsibilities -Collaborate with the Haus Haus creative team to interpret briefs, conceptualize, and execute original illustrations and graphic designs. -Produce artwork by hand or using digital tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, and Figma. -Work across diverse styles—editorial to technical, whimsical to refined—tailored to the tone and positioning of each collection. -Translate visual direction into engineered graphics, print placements, and product-specific artwork for fashion apparel and merchandise. -Refine artwork to align with brand identity, ensuring consistency in tone, line quality, color usage, and visual narrative. -Iterate sketches and compositions based on internal critique, brand feedback, and product development needs. -Deliver final illustrations in required formats (vector files, layered PSDs, high-res PNGs, print-ready formats). -Create CAD mockups and visual aids to communicate graphic placement on garments and packaging. -Support artist or brand collaborations and act as a liaison with external contributors when needed. -Maintain an internal graphic inspiration and trend library; contribute to seasonal moodboards and concept development. -Keep project files well-organized using consistent saving and naming conventions for team access. Qualifications -3–5+ years of experience in illustration, apparel graphics, or multidisciplinary design with fashion or lifestyle brands. -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), plus knowledge of Figma, Canva, or Procreate. -Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills. -Experience designing graphics for both casual and performance apparel is a plus. -Familiarity with apparel graphics processes including screen printing, DTG, embroidery, and other production techniques. -A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of illustration styles and real-world applications across branding, apparel, or product. -Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute brand-appropriate designs under tight deadlines. -A clear understanding of design systems and the ability to contribute to larger brand ecosystems. -Knowledge of current design and cultural trends, and how to thoughtfully integrate them into creative work. -Reliable, responsive, and collaborative—able to both take direction and offer design leadership when needed. -Able to work independently and manage multiple projects while staying aligned with timelines and team workflows. -Willingness to learn, iterate, and support team feedback cycles as part of the design process.
