I'm seeking an experienced mentor to consult with regularly, ideally on a weekly basis (depending on your rate), to provide ongoing guidance and strategic advice on starting, growing, and scaling my business. I'm open to adjusting the hourly rate as our business grows. My Background: I currently hold a full-time leadership role in manufacturing engineering at a well-known tech company. My startup is a specialized pool service business focusing on water quality management in addition to standard pool service, leveraging an innovative automated chemistry system I've personally developed over the past three years. About the Startup: Our niche is proactive pool maintenance through advanced automation, preventing common issues such as algae growth and calcium deposits rather than reacting to them. Due to the complexity of our proprietary system and its ongoing maintenance needs, we've adopted a Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) business model. It also enables remote management of each pool via a dashboard where we can collect data/analytics of each pool. We’ve successfully validated our product with 6 active customers who are extremely satisfied with the results. However, we're currently facing challenges scaling beyond this point due to limited startup experience. Professional guidance and outside perspective would significantly benefit our growth trajectory.
