Terraform Deployment Module Development with Security Standards
We are a fast-moving company seeking an experienced Terraform engineer with deep knowledge of Azure infrastructure and security best practices. We’ve already defined our resources (VNets, subnets, private endpoints, app registrations, app service, etc.), but we need someone to: - Modularize our Terraform codebase using reusable, environment-agnostic modules. - Ensure the code follows industry-standard security practices (least privilege, private endpoints, NSGs, etc.) - Establish a clean, scalable structure that works for multi-environment deployment (e.g., dev, test, prod) - Move quickly and with precision - no boilerplate beginners, please. - Proven expertise with Azure (not AWS or GCP-focused). In-depth understanding of: - Azure Networking (VNets, subnets, NSGs, private DNS zones). - Security hardening and private endpoint integration. - Terraform backends, workspaces, and environment management. - Experience with TerraForm cloud is a plus! Comfortable working with minimal guidance and delivering production-ready results quickly.
