Job Summary: We’re seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to assist with the creation and refinement of capability documents, proposals, pitch decks, and marketing-related templates. This role is project-based, with tasks arising on an as-needed basis. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop visual assets for marketing materials, including pitch decks, proposals, and capability statements. Utilize computer-aided design tools to produce high-quality visuals. Ensure all designs are production-ready and align with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the Senior Partner/President to understand project requirements and deliverables. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong understanding of design principles and experience with digital marketing channels. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, production-ready designs. A portfolio showcasing relevant work examples. Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing marketing materials for consulting or professional services firms. Familiarity with creating templates for consistent branding across documents. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
