Description: We’re a fast-growing startup looking for our first Integrations & Implementation Specialist to join us in revolutionizing the Racquet Sports Industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage client relationships, and knows how to communicate technical needs between stakeholders and developers. You’ll work directly with clients and integration partners to guide onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth implementation. What you'll do: Coordinate and manage onboarding for new clients and partners Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase Translate client needs into actionable tasks for technical teams Track progress across multiple projects and ensure timely delivery Work asynchronously and across multiple time zones Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation or success role Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working with developers and technical products Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Must be available for regular overlap with U.S. and Asia-based teams
