Description (US Based ONLY): We are seeking an experienced food safety consultant to advise on the development of a HACCP Plan and preparation strategy for SQF Certification. This will be a short-term engagement (1–2 hours) focused on providing strategic guidance, outlining key documentation requirements, and helping us structure an efficient roadmap to compliance. Requirements: Proven experience developing HACCP Plans and guiding companies through SQF Certification Strong understanding of food safety standards (FDA/USDA/GFSI) Project Duration: 1–2 hours (initial consultation, with potential for follow-up) Experience with honey or specialty food products is a plus
