PT Project Manager – Internal Coordination & Process Support (15–20 hrs/week)
Description: We’re looking for a highly organized, reliable Support-Level Project Manager to help coordinate and streamline project workflows for a small but growing internal Data team. This is a part-time role (15–20 hours per week) expected to run for at least 3 months, with the potential to extend based on performance and team needs. You’ll be supporting internal operations — not client-facing — and helping maintain timelines, coordinate meetings, track deliverables, and build structure as we bring more organization to this department. This contract will be managed through my Upwork agency, Optimize Management Group. If selected, you’ll be assigned to the project through the agency and hired under a direct contract with my agency (not the end client).
