Description: We’re seeking an experienced eCommerce consultant to help us streamline and launch new products on our website and potentially on Amazon. We’ve selected Bank of America Merchant Services for payment processing, FoxyCart for our shopping cart, and Squarespace for our website. Now we need expert guidance to put all the pieces together — with a particular focus on logistics, fulfillment, and technical integrations. Key Responsibilities: Recommend and help implement the most effective logistics and fulfillment solutions (e.g., dropshipping, 3PL, in-house shipping). Assist with product setup and launch processes to ensure a smooth rollout for new items. Set up and configure FoxyCart to integrate with our Squarespace site and BofA Merchant Services. Advise on and possibly assist with Amazon store setup and product listings. Provide strategic insight on eCommerce best practices and scalable solutions for growth. Ensure smooth customer checkout and order processing workflows. Requirements: Proven experience in eCommerce setup and operations. Familiarity with Squarespace, FoxyCart, BofA Merchant Services, and Amazon Seller Central. Strong understanding of fulfillment strategies (e.g., 3PL, warehousing, shipping APIs). Ability to integrate and automate systems for efficiency. Excellent communication and project management skills. Nice to Have: Experience working with small businesses or product startups. Knowledge of tax/shipping automation tools (e.g., Avalara, ShipStation, EasyPost).
