Job Description: I'm looking for a licensed U.S. customs broker to help clear recurring shipments of Japanese snacks, beverages, and convenience store products for my retail store in South Carolina. Each shipment includes 30–100+ different SKUs, all FDA-regulated (drinks, gummies, ramen, packaged snacks, etc.). I’m looking for someone who is efficient, detail-oriented, and preferably experienced with high-SKU, food/beverage imports. What I Need: File ISF (Importer Security Filing) for ocean shipments File FDA Prior Notices for food and beverage products Submit customs entries through ACE/ABI Help obtain a Continuous Bond (or manage my existing one) Work with LCL ocean freight arriving at Charleston, SC Optional: coordinate or advise on last-mile delivery (port to store) Ideal Candidate: Licensed U.S. Customs Broker (required — please provide license #) Experience with Japanese/Asian food imports and FDA filings Can offer flat-rate FDA Prior Notice fee or bulk pricing Familiar with HTS classification for food/drinks Responsive, reliable, and familiar with small business importer needs Ongoing Work: This will be an ongoing partnership, with imports happening every 1–2 months initially and growing from there.
