Fundraising Strategist to Review and Strengthen Nonprofit Fundraising Plan for ANAM Liberia
The Agape National Academy of Music (ANAM) Liberia is seeking an experienced fundraising strategist to help us strengthen our fundraising approach and connect with funders who align with our mission. About ANAM: Founded in 2008, ANAM Liberia is the country’s only fully operational music school, providing underprivileged children and teens with music education, literacy support, and daily meals. Our holistic programs empower youth through piano, voice, violin, theory, reading, and leadership development. ⸻ What We Need: We’re looking for a strategist who can: • Review our current fundraising plan and provide professional, actionable feedback • Assess our donor messaging and positioning for clarity, strength, and alignment with funder interests • Advise us on next steps to strengthen and focus our fundraising efforts • Identify or introduce us to potential funders, foundations, or philanthropic networks that align with our mission and programs This is not a grant writing role. We’re seeking strategic insight and funder connection support from someone with deep experience and relevant networks. ⸻ Ideal Candidate: • 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising strategy experience • Knowledge of international, education, arts, or youth development funders • Experience working with grassroots or community-based nonprofits • Ability to offer clear guidance and potential funder leads or intros ⸻ Deliverables: 1. Review and feedback on our fundraising strategy (written summary) 2. Strategic recommendations (short-term and long-term) 3. List of aligned funders and/or potential introductions ⸻ Budget: We are a small nonprofit but are committed to investing in this critical support.
