What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Channel Marketing contractor to support our team while our Channel Marketing Manager is out on maternity leave starting in June. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong B2B or B2B2C experience, excellent copywriting skills, and a proven ability to support multi-channel campaigns in education, edtech, or workforce development. What You’ll Do: * Write and refine content for: - Sales and personalized account-based marketing (ABM) enablement materials - Landing pages for new skilling programs and top-of-funnel channel partner engagement - Email and SMS campaigns designed to drive learner enrollment in new programs *Collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market strategies for new product launches * Consult on scalable marketing infrastructure and strategy across website, email, and partner-facing channels - Develop marketing toolkits and enablement content to help new partners promote programs effectively to their learners - Contribute to strategic website planning and optimization as a marketing channel for both partners and learners * Collect and integrate student success stories into marketing materials using tools like Typeform * Support the creation of internal sales enablement collateral and lightweight visual design using Figma and PowerPoint—including the ability to “beautify” slides with compelling, data-driven storytelling (optional but appreciated) Who You Are: * A channel marketing strategist and tactical executor – equally skilled at strategic planning/consulting and rolling up your sleeves to write, edit, and create designs for compelling, audience-centric messaging. * A strong copywriter with experience in B2B, edtech, higher education, or workforce training * A clear, proactive communicator who thrives in an async-first environment (Slack is our home base!) * Comfortable following brand voice and visual guidelines when crafting copy and visuals * Independent, organized, and confident navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Have Tools & Skills: * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Figma (for inserting copy into templates or supporting basic visual asset creation) * Contentful CMS (experience a plus; publishing managed by internal team) * Tableau (bonus – for visualizing and telling stories with ABM and campaign data) * Typeform (bonus – for collecting and managing student testimonials) Project Details: * Timeline: May through late September / mid October 2025 * Estimated Weekly Hours: 10–20 hours/week, depending on project flow and availability * Location: Fully remote with async-friendly collaboration
