Experienced E-commerce Manager (Shopify & Amazon FBA - Wound Care Focus)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced e-commerce manager to launch and grow our online presence in the specialized area of products and resources related to wound care. This project involves building and managing two interconnected e-commerce channels: a standalone Shopify store and an Amazon storefront utilizing FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon). Responsibilities Will Include: * Shopify Store Development & Management: Overseeing the build-out and ongoing management of our Shopify store (experience with design, product listing, payment gateways, shipping setup is essential). * Amazon FBA Store Development & Management: Building and optimizing our Amazon storefront, including product listings, inventory management, and ensuring seamless FBA integration. * Branded Product Launch Support: Managing the process of creating and launching branded wound care products for both platforms (experience with product sourcing/development and regulatory considerations in this area is a plus). * Digital Marketing Strategy & Implementation: Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales on both Shopify and Amazon (SEO, potentially social media, email marketing). * Website & Storefront Management: Ongoing maintenance, updates, and optimization of both the Shopify store and Amazon storefront. * Project Management: Taking ownership of the project, ensuring timely completion of milestones, and providing regular progress updates. Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in building and managing successful e-commerce stores, specifically on Shopify and Amazon FBA. - Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including website design, user experience, and conversion optimization. - Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platform functionalities. - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies relevant to e-commerce. - Experience with product sourcing or development, ideally within the healthcare or related industries. - Excellent project management and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and proactively. - Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required): + Experience with branded product development, ideally in the medical or wellness field. + Understanding of healthcare regulations related to online sales of medical devices or related products. + Experience with specific marketing tools and analytics platforms.
