Through our online courses, membership communities, and live events, we help doctors take control of their time and wealth so they can live life on their own terms. Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and mission-aligned Sales Representative to join our team. This person will be responsible for enrolling new members into our flagship courses and premium membership communities. The ideal candidate understands the mindset and needs of physicians, is passionate about financial freedom, and excels at consultative, empathetic sales. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective students and members - Guide potential clients through the decision-making process with a consultative approach - Understand and clearly communicate the value of our courses, memberships, and community - Follow up with leads via email, phone, and SMS using CRM tools - Maintain detailed notes and tracking in our sales systems - Collaborate with our marketing and support teams to improve the sales experience - Provide feedback on common objections and customer insights to inform messaging Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably with online courses, coaching, or membership programs - Excellent communication and active listening skills - Comfortable speaking with high-achieving professionals (especially physicians) - Strong understanding of financial freedom, real estate investing, or personal development is a plus - Tech-savvy – experience with CRMs, Zoom, and digital communication tools - Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently - Passion for our mission and community Preferred: - Experience selling to physicians or healthcare professionals - Familiarity with the Passive Income MD brand, podcast, or community Compensation: - Base + commission structure or commission-only depending on experience - Bonuses for top performance - Flexible hours and remote work - Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the team expands To Apply: - Send your resume - As part of your application, please submit a short video (under 3 minutes) answering the following: 1.
