This research will guide our marketing, sales, and product positioning strategies by helping us better understand: Key regulatory challenges (e.g., MoCRA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, PFAS restrictions, ISO 22716, etc.) - How QA, Regulatory, Procurement, and R&D teams currently manage compliance - Pain points in onboarding and managing suppliers - How companies track certifications like Leaping Bunny, COSMOS Organic, or EWG Verified - Where inefficiencies or manual processes exist today - How audits, document reviews, and product safety checks are typically handled As a Marketing Manager leading this project at Otrafy, I value clarity, curiosity, and practical experience.
