Event Sales Rep for Architecture Industry Trade Show (Boston, June 5–6)

Job Description We’re hiring a confident, articulate, and sales-minded Trade Show Sales Representative to represent our brand at the AIA Conference on Architecture & Design 2025 in Boston, MA on June 5–6. Our company, Wildleaf, specializes in modular, zero-maintenance preserved interior landscaping for commercial interiors—such as moss walls, ceiling greenery, and acoustic panels. We work with architects and designers across workplace, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Responsibilities: Engage visitors at our booth and introduce Wildleaf’s product systems clearly and confidently Ask qualifying questions to understand interest level and project relevance Actively encourage potential clients to leave their contact information Accurately record visitor info and provide basic notes to support our post-show follow-up Collaborate closely with our internal team on-site to ensure quality interactions You don’t need to be an industry expert, but you must be comfortable explaining product value, asking smart questions, and helping us identify qualified leads. A short training session and briefing will be provided before the event. Event Details: Dates: June 5–6, 2025 Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours per day, including short breaks) Location: Boston, MA Ideal Candidate: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong instinct for sales, lead generation, and qualifying conversations Comfortable speaking with architects, designers, and commercial clients Prior experience with trade shows, events, or B2B product representation Reliable, professional, and based in the Boston area Compensation: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience.
