Outdoor Banner Graphic Design
Overview: We are a Boston-based non-profit seeking a graphic designer to create a high-impact, visually appealing outdoor banner for an upcoming event, the 11th annual Road to Wellness 5K Run/2-Mile Walk. The banner size will be 3 feet by 8 feet. The project requires a quick turnaround, and the total budget is $200. If this project goes well, we may ask to continue this engagement for other assets in the future. Scope of Work: -Design a 3' x 8’' horizontal outdoor vinyl banner suitable for printing and outdoor display. -Incorporate our branding (logo, colors, fonts), event photo, and event details (to be provided) Note: Past banners and a couple of mock-ups will be provided for reference. -Notify our team if there are any concerns with resolution We are asking for 2 rounds of revisions -Deliver final files in high-resolution, print-ready format (PDF, EPS, and PNG). -Coordinate with our selected print vendor, if needed, for file specifications. Timeline: -Proposal deadline: 5/19/25 -Designer selection: 5/20/25 -Project start: Immediately upon selection -Final files due: 5/22/25 Budget: Not to exceed $200 total, inclusive of all services and file delivery.
