What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
Hi there! I’m looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and resourceful executive assistant to support me with light personal and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, efficient, and a great communicator—especially over email and phone. This is NOT a full-time job. It’s light, flexible, and ongoing—likely 2–5 hours a week. I’m looking for someone who’s quick, responsive, and can help streamline the little things so I can stay focused on big-picture work. A bit about me: I run a boutique luxury real estate firm and move fast. I’m juggling business, travel, wedding planning, and day-to-day life—so having someone who can keep tabs on small but important tasks is a huge help. We use Notion for task management, so you’ll be helping me track and organize my to-dos directly in our shared team Notion. Tasks might include: Calling customer service to check on returns or shipments Tracking packages and managing return deadlines Submitting forms, checking appointment availability, light online ordering Organizing and updating my personal + work to-do list in Notion Following up on emails or confirming bookings Keeping tabs on small admin tasks that can easily fall through the cracks Ideal traits: Organized, intuitive, and self-motivated Excellent communicator (especially via phone and email) Comfortable calling U.S. customer service lines on my behalf Familiar with Notion, Google Drive, and basic task/project tools Discreet, reliable, and genuinely enjoys supporting others Bonus: Experience supporting female founders, real estate professionals, or creatives Hours + Rate: Flexible, part-time (2–5 hrs/week) Ideally available weekdays Please include your hourly rate in your proposal To Apply: Tell me: Why this kind of light assistant work fits into your life right now Your favorite tools for organizing tasks or to-do lists Any experience you have calling on behalf of someone else (give a quick example if so!) Looking forward to finding the right fit! —Alexandra
