CTE (CareerTechnical Education) High School Culinary Pathway Writers Needed We are looking for experienced curriculum writers to create an Introduction CTE Culinary: Food Service and Hospitality pathway curriculum using a guideline provided by Skyrocket. We are seeking a curriculum that includes producing a textbook style reader, student workbooks that contain content students will engage with, small cooking projects that can be done safely at home, and unit exams. Our focus audience is developing and designing a curriculum to be used by independent study high school students. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in curriculum design and development, with a deep understanding of high school leveled culinary practices. However, the writer should be able to convert this deep knowledge to adequately structured activities designed for alternative students. The candidate must be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, meet when asked, and be able to meet deadlines. Knowledge and use of AI programs such as Chat GPT, GPT 4 or Claude is preferred and encouraged.
