Certified Financial Statements Needed for State School Application (Compiled, Not Audited)
Certified Financial Statements for State Education Filing Description: We are a registered LLC since 2019 currently applying for a license to operate a trade school in Missouri. As part of our application, we are required to submit certified financial statements from a licensed CPA. We do not need a full audit. Scope of Work: Prepare and certify a compiled set of financial statements: Income Statement Balance Sheet Cash Flow Statement Include a signed CPA certification letter stating these are compiled financials prepared according to GAAP or accepted standards. Review and reflect the activity shown in bank statements from March–May 2025 (all capital contributions and owner transfers). Provide a brief explanation/note that the business was formed in 2019 but became financially active in 2025. Deliverables: Compiled financial package in PDF format CPA certification letter (signed) Turnaround: 5 business days or less preferred Requirements: Licensed CPA in any U.S. state (Missouri not required) Experience preparing compiled or reviewed financials for regulatory or licensing purposes Must be able to provide contact info and CPA license number if needed for verification by the Missouri Office of Postsecondary Policy Budget: Fixed price — $600–$800 preferred.
