We are seeking an experienced U.S. Intellectual Property Attorney to assist with ongoing trademark filings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in intellectual property law and a proven track record of successfully managing trademark applications. This project-based role involves researching trademarks, preparing and filing applications, and addressing any office actions that may arise. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure timely and effective handling of clients' needs. This is a project-based opportunity. Our team handles client intake, coordination, and billing you’ll be assigned fully vetted client matters and serve as independent counsel. Ideal candidate qualifications: Licensed to practice in the U.S. and with the USPTO Solid experience in trademark prosecution (filing, responses, enforcement) Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently If you’re available and open to collaboration, we’d love to share more about our process and how we work with attorneys.
