U.S. Attorney Needed to Review Civil Rights Retaliation Complaint Against Major Corporation (CPPA)

I am seeking a licensed U.S. attorney with experience in consumer protection law, retaliation claims, and civil rights (42 U.S. Code §1981) to review and provide legal feedback on a well-documented complaint against a major telecom provider. After filing a lawful complaint with the D.C. Office of the Attorney General regarding a tradeline issue, the company internally blacklisted me, issued a “Final Business Decision,” and circulated internal instructions to block future engagement. This happened immediately after my protected complaint and directly caused a mortgage denial, financial loss, and reputational harm. I have already drafted a demand letter and created a timeline of documented emails, responses, and internal language showing clear retaliation. I’m now looking for a legal review before I proceed to escalate to the media or file suit. Deliverables: * Legal review of 1-page demand letter * Legal opinion on timeline evidence and potential CPPA and §1981 violations * Recommendations for strengthening language or next steps Preferred Expertise: * D.C. Consumer Protection Procedures Act (CPPA) * Federal civil rights protections (especially §1981) * Retaliation and reputational harm cases * Demand letter and pre-litigation strategy This is a focused and low-lift review project. If it turns into a larger engagement or representation, that can be discussed based on mutual interest. Attachments will be provided after engagement.
