Help with the legal process of a real estate auction purchase in California
I am participating in a real estate auction for tax-defaulted properties in California. I need help with the post-purchase process, including quiet title action and any other necessary legal requirements. I may require some advice before the purchase to ensure i am targeting the least headache properties. These are residential properties, mostly single family homes. The auction is in late May, so i would need help upon completion and potentially before for advice. You should have some experience in California, Santa Clara would be ideal.
