Certified CPA to Review Financials
We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to audit and certify internally prepared financials for submission to banks and lenders as part of a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan application. Scope of Work: The audit and certification will include the following documents: - 3 years of Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements - Year-to-Date (YTD) P&L - 3 years of Balance Sheets - Year-to-Date Balance Sheet - Personal tax returns (3 years) The selected CPA will: - Conduct a financial audit/review in accordance with professional standards - Certify the accuracy and completeness of the financials - Provide signed CPA letters or other lender-acceptable documentation - Work closely with us to answer any questions and collect necessary information Project Timeline: Estimated Hours: 10–15 Deadline: Project must be completed within 4–5 weeks of start date If you’re a CPA who regularly handles this type of work for small to mid-size businesses and CRE borrowers, we’d love to hear from you!
