Investor Advisor Needed - for AI Saas start up fundraising
We are an AI SaaS company currently preparing for our Series A fundraising. We are seeking an experienced Investor Advisor to help us connect with US-based VCs, particularly those active in AI, SaaS, and enterprise software sectors. Key Responsibilities: Advise on investor targeting and fundraising strategy for our Series A round Leverage your existing VC network in North America to open warm introductions Help refine pitch materials and investor communications Preferred Background: Experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, entrepreneurship, investor relations, or management consulting Strong network of North America-based VC contacts, particularly those with AI and SaaS portfolio experience Understanding of startup fundraising cycles and investor decision-making processes Previous success assisting startups in closing Seed or Series A rounds is a strong plus Additional Information: Compensation: Flexible, can be structured as hourly, retainer, or success-based Timing: Immediate start preferred If you have a proven track record and are excited about helping an AI startup scale, we’d love to hear from you.
