Process Engineer / Workflow Optimization Consultant
MedHaul is seeking an experienced Process Engineer or Workflow Consultant to evaluate our transportation onboarding and audit processes and develop a more streamlined, efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will assess our current operations, identify inefficiencies, and recommend automation tools or optimizations that leverage our existing tech stack (Jotform, Google Docs/Sheets/Forms, DocuSign, HubSpot). Key Responsibilities: Evaluate current onboarding and audit workflows for transportation partners. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation. Recommend automation tools or improvements using existing systems and consolidation use of the various systems to optimize spend. Develop a documented workflow with clear steps and process improvements for recruitment, onboarding, and audit (audits done both in-person and virtually). Provide deliverables/milestone-based recommendations for implementation. Ideal Candidate: Experience in process engineering, operations consulting, or workflow automation. Strong knowledge of process mapping, automation, and system integrations. Familiarity with tools like Jotform, Google Docs/Sheets, DocuSign, HubSpot. Ability to work efficiently within a short project timeline (1-2 weeks). Experience in transportation, logistics, or healthcare industries (preferred but not required). Project Terms: Fixed-price contract based on deliverables or documented milestones. Project duration: 2-4 weeks.
