Description: We’re a small but growing business looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to support us with tax planning, compliance, and general financial strategy. Scope of Work Includes: Annual federal and state tax filings (S-Corp + personal return) Quarterly estimated payments and guidance Strategic tax planning (e.g., retirement contributions, deductions, payroll strategy) Review of financials for accuracy and compliance Occasional consultation on business structure or financial decisions Our Info: U.S.-based (Nevada) S-Corp structure Books maintained in QuickBooks Online What We’re Looking For: Licensed CPA in the U.S. Strong experience with small business/S-Corp tax strategy Great communicator who can break down complex topics clearly Comfortable working remotely via Upwork on a monthly or as-needed basis Bonus if you have: Experience with software/SaaS businesses Familiarity with equity/asset sales and how to report them correctly To Apply: Please share: A short intro about you and your CPA experience Example industries you’ve supported Your availability and hourly or fixed rates We’re looking for someone long-term who can grow with us.
