Experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper Needed for Multiple Small Business owner
Hi! I’m a small business owner with multiple ventures, including a floral/event design company and several vacation rentals. I’m looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to: Clean up and organize my 2024 books (they’re currently a mess!) Help categorize transactions accurately across different income streams Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Set up rules and systems for easier tracking moving forward Provide monthly bookkeeping services going forward Ideal candidate will have: Proven experience with QuickBooks Online Experience working with event businesses and/or vacation rental properties Knowledge of tax categories, cost of goods sold (COGS), and 1099 tracking Ability to communicate clearly and be available for monthly check-ins Bonus if you have experience with OwnerRez, Airbnb, VRBO and Stripe integrations This is initially a project-based role for 2024 clean-up, but I’d love to continue with the right person on an ongoing monthly basis.
