Enterprise Level QuickBooks Bookkeeper Needed for Multiple Entities
I am seeking an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper to manage the financial records of interconnected entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all accounts. Responsibilities include initial setup - taking from multiple current instances of QuickBooks, some of which have classes to delineate accounts and moving to them to an enterprise level subscription to make intercompany transactions more seamless. The bulk of the work will be on setup of the enterprise account structure - pulling from each of the individual instances to recreate prior years. After that, the work will be quarterly reconciliation, and annual audit support. Note: I am open to another accounting software but believe they all have the same multi-entity for small business limitations. Softwares like sage, netsuite, etc. are too expensive for what I am looking to accomplish. But i would consider wave, zero, or something similar.
