We are a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing how home services businesses hire and retain top talent—empowering trades-focused businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors to build and scale their teams with greater efficiency. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Expert who specializes in sourcing and attracting skilled trades talent—including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, welders, and HVAC technicians. The ideal candidate knows the best places to find hard-to staff roles in mechanical trades (HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing) as well as high demand sales roles, such as roofing. This engagement will begin with a paid one-hour consultation to evaluate your sourcing strategies, discuss our hiring needs, and determine mutual alignment for a potential ongoing partnership. What You’ll Do: -Develop and present a clear sourcing strategy tailored to skilled trades roles. -Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards to locate top trades talent. -Offer insights on best practices for attracting and engaging candidates. -Provide feedback on our current recruitment approach and pipeline (if applicable). -Potentially support full-cycle recruitment based on consultation results. Who You Are: -Demonstrated experience recruiting for skilled trades positions (electricians, HVAC techs, plumbers, etc.). -Familiarity with the U.S. home services and blue-collar labor markets. -Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques using modern tools and job platforms. -Strong communication skills and a consultative mindset. -Availability for a scheduled one-hour video consultation (Zoom or Google Meet).
