CPA Needed to Review Financial Statement
We're seeking a licensed U.S. CPA to review and sign a simple financial statement required for a Class A Contractor License application in Virginia. Details: Business is newly formed and registered in Virginia. -We have a recent $100,000 deposit in the company’s business account. -No liabilities except one month of accrued payroll (~$10,000). -No other assets or long-term debt. -We are preparing the financial statement ourselves (standard DPOR form). You would review our completed statement, verify supporting documentation (bank statement), and sign as the financial preparer. Deliverables: Signed financial statement (on provided form) Optional: brief letter stating the reviewed financials reflect the company’s current position Notes: -Must be a licensed CPA in the United States (any state). -Experience with contractor license applications or regulatory filings is a plus.
