I need an experienced government regulations compliance consultant in FAR and DFAR requirements which flow down from the Prime to the subcontracting company. I need someone who can help me review the flow down provisions from a Prime working on a FAR project with military aspects. I need someone who can evaluate the exceptions to certain FAR requirements for small business subcontractor doings a small staff augmentation project.
